Working independently during overnight hours, this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate plays an essential role in upholding the venue's high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentationhelping create a seamless, exceptional experience for guests and event teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Set up event spaces according to provided room layouts, including tables, chairs, and decorations.
Breakdown and reset event spaces after weddings, ensuring all items are properly stored or disposed of.
Clean and maintain the facility, including floors, restrooms, and common areas, to ensure it is ready for the next event.
Handle minor maintenance tasks as needed, such as checking equipment and reporting damages.
Follow safety guidelines and venue protocols during all tasks.
