The Learning Spectrum is seeking a qualified Intervention Specialist to manage all functions within their assigned classrooms, including service delivery, reporting, and management of classroom assistants and aides. Additionally, as members of the Senior Staff, Teachers will be held to a high standard of service delivery and conduct. They will set the standard for Staff members in all professional areas and are expected to provide proper leadership within their classrooms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Apply the principles of behavior science to supervise and manage staff
Coordinate daily staff assignments
Implement accountability systems for staff outputs and behaviors
Apply the principles of behavior science to develop staff
Attend continuing education and professional development trainings
Train staff
Coach staff
Build and maintain relationships with parents and outside professionals
Parent relationships
District relationships
Related therapy professional relationships
Complete administrative duties
