We create pathways to success through transformative programs that help members build sustainable futures.Program Summary:The MBK Empowerment Program offers intensive training and support for Cambridge residents aged 18-30. Participants engage in comprehensive workshops designed to build essential life skills, financial knowledge, personal development capabilities and to explore career options.Program Components:Financial Education - Investing Made SimpleStep-by-Step to Building WealthEach week focuses on a clear step - from building your safety net and understanding the power of compound interest, to learning the basics of the stock market, opening your first brokerage account, and making your first investment. By the end, you'll not only understand how to grow your money but also how to start building generational wealth with confidence.Life Skills and Career Exploration - The Launch PadThis isn't your typical life skills workshop - it's an engaging, hands-on experience that blends personal growth with career exploration in fresh, creative ways. Each week is interactive, inspiring, and practical. You'll gain clarity, confidence, new connections, and a personalized roadmap to launch the next chapter of your life.Healthy Relationships - How to Build and MaintainRelationships are a huge part of every area of our lives. Family, friends, romantic partners, business partners, and co-workers all have a role. Learning how to build and maintain the relationships you want is key to living a successful and fulfilling life. However, there is a skill to it!
