The position requires managing newborn care and deliveries with routine care for 37-week infants and occasional 35-36 week infants if stable, attending 10-20 deliveries monthly with 1-3 requiring attendance. Emergency department responsibilities include pediatric consultations and stabilization prior to transfer with no pediatric admissions.
