We proudly serve children and young adults (ages 2–21) with autism and developmental delays through applied behavior analysis (ABA), speech therapy, and more. We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who is passionate, dependable, and eager to make a lasting difference. This position is in-person only and offers flexible scheduling with both W-2 employee and 1099 contractor options available.
Compensation & Benefits
· Competitive hourly rate: $45–$66/hour, based on experience, credentials, and employment type
· W-2 employees: $45–$63/hour
· 1099 contractors: $48–$66/hour

Position Overview
The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide individualized speech and language services for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental delays. You will work collaboratively with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and families to support each child’s communication and functional development.
Responsibilities
· Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
· Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions
· Collaborate with ABA clinicians and caregivers to promote generalization of communication skills
· Maintain detailed session documentation and progress reports
· Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and case reviews
Qualifications
· Active Tennessee Speech-Language Pathology license or pending licensure (completed all requirements and awaiting credentialing)
· Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
· Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required
· Experience working with children and individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
· Strong collaboration and communication skills
· Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice
