This role oversees contract performance, team operations, and delivery of all requirements.Location: Washington, D.C. (Onsite, 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM)Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations and team performance Act as the main point of contact for the CO and COR Ensure all deliverables are submitted on time Oversee staffing, scheduling, and onboarding Maintain quality control and compliance standards Handle personnel issues and implement solutions Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field 3–5 years of project management experience 3–5 years of federal government contract experience Strong communication and organizational skills U.S. Citizenship required Ability to obtain security clearance Expectations: Maintain at least 95% staffing at all times Submit all deliverables on time Successfully onboard staff and manage clearances Quickly resolve team issues Key Traits: Responsible and dependable Detail-oriented Proactive with a sense of urgency Positive attitude
