Our Keyholders have the opprtunity to share their knowledge with customers and staff, while providing the best level of service possible and leading by example.What We Offer Our Employees Training rate of $18.00 per hour After training, employees convert to 12% commissions. This is based on net sales, with no cap on earnings. We have proudly served the footwear needs of our local communities for more than 40 years.KEY DUTIES Opening and closing the store Merchandising Store cleanliness and basic maintenance Maintaining a high level of person sales, setting the pace on the sales floor. Assisting with staff training and supervision when necessary Inventory management Processing and reporting sales transactions Assist the manager with employee training and development. Respond to internal and external requests courteously and efficiently.Hours Open 7 days a week. Operating hours may be dictated by the location. Full-time position, 30 to 40 hours per week Part-time position below 30 hours per week with some scheduling flexibilityWE MAY BE THE RIGHT FIT FOR YOU IF YOU'RE: An industrious individual who's eager to meet the needs of their team and customer. Able to identify and solve problems professionally as they arise. An individual with a year of work experience in retail and have experience in cash handling. You have previous retail supervisory experience.
