Architectural Associate

Overview LBE, Inc. is looking for an architectural associate with 3–6 years of experience in an architecture firm. Candidate must have experience with architectural design, detailing, and other relevant documentation. Design work will include new construction and renovation projects across federal, commercial, and industrial business sectors. This is an in-person position for our Moncks Corner, SC location. Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Qualifications Degree from a NAAB accredited program Pursuing licensure Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit Ability to prioritize and execute tasks accurately, effectively, and confidently Effective verbal and written communication skills Basic understanding of: Building systems, detailing, and technology Applicable codes, life safety requirements, regulations, and standards Differing building types and project delivery methods Programming and planning methods This position requires the candidate to be eligible for a U.S. Security clearance. Desired Experience Experience working on federal projects with knowledge of the UFC and the UFGS LEED Credentials Experience in SpecsIntact AXP documentation, if eligible Responsibilities Design and production work – from schematic design through construction documents – using Revit Perform field verification and travel to sites (May travel Developing specifications in SpecsIntact Assist in construction administration Perform other assigned duties as deemed necessary by supervisor/mentor Submission requirements Current resume including references Portfolio or work samples, if applicable Location South Carolina (Required) In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
