Offshore Materials CoordinatorJob SummaryLooking for a Materials Coordinator / Materials Administrator for a hitch onboard a deepwater offshore drillship operating in the Gulf.This is a hands-on logistics role supporting day-to-day drilling operations. We're looking for someone with previous offshore drilling experience who understands how critical it is to keep the rig supplied and minimize downtime.You'll be responsible for receiving, issuing, tracking, and maintaining inventory for spare parts, consumables, tools, and critical equipment used by the engine, electrical, mechanical, marine, and drilling departments.You'll work closely with vendors, onshore logistics, and onboard personnel to ensure materials are ordered, shipped, received, and properly documented.Requirements:Candidates should be comfortable using inventory management systems, processing purchase requests, maintaining accurate stock levels, coordinating backloads and shipments, and supporting audits and inventory counts.Previous experience with offshore warehouse operations, SAP, or similar inventory systems is strongly preferredPrevious offshore drilling experience preferredUp-to-date relevant resumeBOSIET / FOET / THUETRigPass or SafeGulfValid offshore medicalTWICUS Passport or government-issued ID We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, stay organized in a fast-paced offshore environment, and keep materials moving so the rig can keep drilling.
