Key Responsibilities Analyze, investigate, and manage complex California workers' compensation claims Lead and manage the litigation process and negotiate settlements Apply cost containment strategies and manage recoveries Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred SIP Certification required Minimum 5 years of workers' compensation claims management experience Strong knowledge of California workers' compensation laws and regulations Additional industry certifications (e.g., WCCA/WCCP) are a plus
