Client Services Representative

The Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering exceptional client support to ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients and internal stakeholders. This role is an essential member of the advisory team, acting as a trusted liaison between clients and the firm. The CSR ensures smooth execution of administrative and operational tasks, while contributing to a white-glove client experience tailored to the complex needs of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. This role offers a hybrid schedule of four days in office and one day work-from-home. Primary Responsibilities:Manage Custodial & Vendor RelationshipsSet up new client accountsSalesforce data managementManage financial accountsMobile check depositClient escalation managementAccount cancellation process and household cancellation processChange of ownership process, ensuring deadlines are metAct as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing support via phone, email, and in-person interactionsAssist clients with account-related requests, including account openings, transactions, and updates to personal informationProcess client paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirementsPrepare client reports and documentation for meetings, ensuring timely delivery of materialsCollaborate with financial advisors and other team members to resolve client issues and enhance the overall client experienceMonitor client account activity and communicate any relevant changes or updates to clientsConduct follow-ups with clients to ensure their needs are met and to gather feedback on services providedAssist in the onboarding process for new clients, guiding them through the necessary paperwork and proceduresStay informed about firm products and services to effectively communicate offerings to clientsPerform other duties as assigned, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance team environmentKnowledge Skills and Abilities:Basic knowledge of wealth management principles, investment products, and financial planning strategiesStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team membersExcellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needsAttention to detail and accuracy in all client interactions and documentationAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentStrong time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlinesCommitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactionsWillingness to learn and grow within the wealth management industryMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred1-3 years of experience in client service, customer support, or a related role within the wealth management or financial services industryExperience working with Charles Schwab is preferredBasic understanding of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management principlesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM softwareStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on client serviceCompetencies:TeamworkAdaptabilityResults-OrientedOrganizational SkillsTechnology SkillsAccountabilityCentura Investment Advisory, headquartered in San Diego with a national presence, is an SEC Registered Investment Advisory firm delivering innovative Investment and Wealth Management services to affluent families, business owners, and Corporate Executives.
