Systems Control Engineer

Position Summary: Seeking a Systems Control Engineer to lead configuration, programming, and system validation efforts for a new electric Power Take-Off (ePTO) product. This role requires strong expertise in control systems, system integration, and electro-mechanical interactions, along with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and support customers during installation and startup. Key Responsibilities: Lead configuration, programming, and validation of the electric PTO (ePTO) system. Analyze and evaluate system dynamics across mechanical and electrical subsystems. Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot controller logic and system parameters. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and testing teams to ensure product performance and reliability. Provide direct customer support for installation, commissioning, and technical troubleshooting. Document system designs, configurations, and updates in accordance with company standards. Deliver remote support during product installation and startup phases. Contribute to continuous product improvement initiatives and field issue resolution. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline. Hands-on experience with complex control systems and system integration. Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems and interactions. Experience with controller configuration and programming (PLC, embedded systems, or similar platforms). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
