We are looking for candidates with demonstrated experience within multi-dimensional models. Specific technologies of interest include Anaplan and Enterprise Performance Management solutions. Individuals would be responsible for leading the successful delivery of Anaplan planning solutions and deliverables for clients across the country. The right candidates will possess an eagerness to partner with business leaders to develop unique and innovative solutions that result in real business results. Chosen candidates will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of team-based projects throughout the project lifecycle such as requirements gathering, process re-engineering, solution design, implementation, and delivery. Peloton also places a high value on internal contributions through the support and development of the firm and its team members.Responsibilities: The role and responsibilities of the desired candidate are to provide professional and effective functional or technical consulting services to our clients, as well as play a pivotal role in the growth of the Anaplan Practice. This includes:Serve as the architectural SME for large-scale connected planning solutionsGathering and analyzing business requirementsRecommending roadmaps and implementation plansTranslate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional modelsModify existing models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionalityDevelop model documentationParticipate in data integration and migration solutionsParticipate and/or lead UAT testing and deploymentManaging a project and project team membersMentoring team members in their career developmentContributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual propertyParticipation in sales cycles through providing subject/technical matter expertise, estimating work, development of proposals and statements of work Required Experience & Skills: 3 - 5 years of experience as an Anaplan Solution ArchitectQualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent degreeDemonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable)Advanced Microsoft Excel / Financial Modeling SkillsSubject matter expertise in Anaplan and modeling in Supply Chain, Finance or SalesDesire and aptitude to deliver technology solutions to customersDemonstrated ability to multi-task and manage the work efforts / priorities of other team membersAbility to quickly understand and decompose financial, business, and technical conceptsStrong understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound)Passion for business analytics, modeling and planningExcellent analytical and problem solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skillsEagerness to mentor and develop staffAbility to travel within the United States Compensation: Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $120,000-280,000 (Base Compensation).
