Aviation USTDA Technical/Study Lead

Axyde Analytics is seeking an Aviation USTDA Technical/Study Lead for USTDA 1131PL26R0063, the South and Southeast Asia Aviation Infrastructure Project Scoping Mission. This is a remote, proposal-stage, contingent contract role. Work is not guaranteed and depends on proposal selection, contract award, assignment authorization, availability, and mutually agreed terms.The A01 Aviation USTDA Technical/Study Lead is the accountable technical owner and principal author for the aviation-infrastructure scoping study. This person must be able to integrate airport demand, airside/civil works, terminal/passenger-flow, safety/regulatory, finance/PPP, environmental/social, regional/institutional, implementation, and U.S. export-opportunity inputs into a coherent USTDA-style recommendation.Strong candidates will show evidence of several of the following:- Led or principal-authored airport/aviation infrastructure feasibility studies, project scoping studies, master plans, investment-planning reports, or project-preparation deliverables.- Developed or managed terms of reference, scopes of work, work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets, implementation plans, or project-preparation roadmaps for aviation infrastructure.- Directed multidisciplinary aviation-infrastructure teams and owned the integration, findings, recommendations, and final study narrative.- Worked with airport authorities, civil aviation authorities, ministries of transport, FAA international, ICAO, USTDA, World Bank, ADB, MCC, USAID, DFC, EXIM, DFIs/ECAs, or comparable infrastructure-development stakeholders.- Worked in emerging-market, OCONUS, South Asia, Southeast Asia, donor-funded, or cross-border aviation-infrastructure settings.Required for this federal proposal support role:- U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States.- Current résumé with source-verifiable aviation/airport study-lead evidence.- Ability to confirm role interest, résumé authorization and accuracy, availability, travel posture, confidentiality, and organizational-conflict/independence status during intake.Application or résumé receipt does not guarantee proposal inclusion, award, hours, employment, or assignment.
