Account ExecutiveWe are seeking an Account Executive to join our amazing team in our Alpharetta office! Agile is a forward-thinking professional staffing and consulting firm specializing in Information Technology. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly productive, fun, and collaborative team of Sales and Recruiting professionals!In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to open new business, provide top level service and ensure delivery by building trusted partnerships with IT leaders. This role provides unlimited earning potential for someone with a competitive and collaborative personality, and a high drive to succeed!Hereâ€TMs what youâ€TMll be doing:Identifying new business and key target accounts through a variety of different resourcesProspect and qualify leads through the sales funnel by establishing relationships with decision-makersNegotiate long term agreements with top prospectsDeveloping relationships with various leaders and cultivating long-term business partnershipsPartnering with our Recruiting and Sales team ' working together to ensure great people are matched with great opportunitiesStay informed about current industry trends and maintain knowledge of competitors and prospects to strategically position AgileHere' s what our ideal candidate has:1-3 years of sales, recruiting, or business development experience; staffing, consulting, technology experience is a plusDemonstrated expertise in relationship building and strong networkingA track record of success and achieving goals/metricsCreative problem solving skills & ability to develop strategic solutions to formulate a win-win solutionA passion for working in a fast-paced environment where you are able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasksStrong work ethic & competitive natureBenefits:Uncapped earning potential including a competitive base salary + commission + bonus incentivesHybrid Position: 3 days remote, 2 days in office16 days of PTO to start and increases with tenureInsurance: medical/dental/vision plans and LTD and STD401K ProgramCell phone and travel reimbursement
