Overview In this role you will lead a team supporting the Suture Assembly Manufacturing Operations in Ave Maria, FL, driving process development and ongoing improvements. You will ensure quality, throughput, and process capability within a regulated medical device environment. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to deploy robust manufacturing methods and deliver reliable, first-time-right results.
