Ruby on Rails Developer

We are looking for a technically strong, problem-solving-oriented engineer with deep Ruby on Rails experience to join our team in a hybrid Tech Support + Site Reliability Engineering role.This is not a traditional helpdesk position. You will act as a reliability champion embedded between engineering, operations, and customers. Your primary focus will be investigating and resolving complex production issues, improving system stability, and driving meaningful fixes and enhancements across the full stack (Ruby on Rails + Angular). You thrive on root-cause analysis, turning incidents into lasting improvements, and balancing deep technical work with clear customer communication.RequirementsStrong Ruby on Rails Experience (4+ years preferred), you should be comfortable navigating and modifying a complex, production-grade Rails codebase.Solid full-stack experience (JavaScript/TypeScript + Angular or similar modern frontend frameworks is a big plus).Demonstrated success owning production incidents and driving them to resolution in customer-facing web applications (ideally eCommerce, SaaS, or CMS platforms).Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, ability to trace issues from customer symptoms through backend jobs, databases, caching layers, external integrations, and infrastructure.
