DescriptionPosition Summary:Production team member creating Clementine’s decadent ice creams, sorbets, and desserts while upholding the company's high manufacturing and food safety and sanitation standards.Seasonal (June 2026 - November 2026)Part-Time16-24 hours per weekTuesday - ThursdayDay shiftKey ResponsibilitiesOperate ice cream machines to produce, and package ice cream per approved recipes and proceduresMaintain cleanliness and sanitation standards to FDA standardsOperate a digital scale to measure ingredients accurately Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environmentPerform other duties as directed by leads or supervisorsMust be comfortable learning and operating manufacturing equipment (including but not limited to: ice cream batch freezers, industrial sized blenders, pumps, COP system)Maintain food safety recordsQuality check ingredients and finished ice cream for everything producedSupervisor: Production ManagerSupervises: N/ANote: Job Descriptions are not exhaustive lists of all skills, responsibilities, or efforts associated with a job.
