People & Operations Manager

We’re hiring a strong, organized, people-savvy leader to help oversee the day-to-day flow of our office and support our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who naturally brings structure, accountability, calm energy, and follow-through to a fast paced environment.We are a growing owner-operated company looking for someone who can become a true right hand to leadership - someone we can trust to help keep the office running smoothly even when ownership steps out.Part HR. Part operations. Part team leadership. The “glue that keeps everything together.”What You’ll Do:Help oversee daily office operations and workflowSupport and help manage coordinators and office staffManage hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and accountabilityHelp improve organization, communication, efficiencyKeep day-to-day operations productive, professional, and running smoothlyAssist ownership with projects, systems, and growth initiativesHelp create a positive, team-oriented, but accountable office cultureWe’re Looking For Someone Who:Naturally takes initiative and ownershipIs confident, organized, and highly dependableCan manage multiple moving parts without creating chaosCommunicates clearly and professionallyKnows how to lead people respectfully while still holding standardsThrives in fast paced environments where every day looks a little differentIs solution-oriented and doesn’t wait to be micromanagedHas prior leadership, office management, operations, healthcare, staffing, or home care experience (preferred)The Spark Vibe:We care deeply about our clients, our caregivers, and our team.
