Conduct hydrostatic testing by plugging vessel openings, filling tanks with water, pressurizing, and monitoring results. Perform pneumatic testing in accordance with SOPs and work instructions. Visually inspect vessels for leaks, pinholes, weld deficiencies, and other nonconforming conditions; clearly mark defects as required. Inspect fittings, brackets, and welds prior to testing. Accurately record required test data in the traveler. Interpret pressure gauge readings and calibration data to ensure testing accuracy.
