Inventory Associate

Our culture also reflects our ethos and belief that by bringing passionate, talented, and great people together - we can all do great things.The Inventory Control Associate is part of the inventory department which is responsible for the proper unloading of inbound trucks, verifying and inspecting products for damages or discrepancies, performing routine cycle counts, slotting and locating inventory within the warehouse and WMS, recording and inspecting returned products, and ensuring the fulfillment team has product available for picking and shipping.Responsibilities And DutiesUnload inbound shipments (Ground, LTL, FTL, and Containers)Count, Verify, and inspect new inventoryUpdate product profiles (Weights, Dims, barcodes, etc.) within WMSIdentify locations within warehouse and WMS for slotting of new inventoryRevising warehouse locations and moving inventory per velocity demandsCommunicate with clients on any damages, discrepancies, or delays (will need to be changed from communicating to the client to communicating with leads and management)Handle put back and floating inventoryProcess, inspect, record, and report returned inventoryPull inventory from overstock for pickable replenishmentCycle count inventory to ensure accuracyAssist with additional projects as neededQualificationsMinimum 2 years inventory experienceMinimum 1 year forklift experience (Stand up, Sit down) with clean recordCritical analysis of proper counting and reportingFamiliar with shipping systems and inventory systemsProficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and overall computer familiaritySelf-motivated and goal orientatedPosition Requirements And Working ConditionsMust be able to lift to 50 pounds at a time.Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time/duration of shift.Must be able to hear and see in accordance with safety measures in the warehouse.Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the warehouse.Job Type: Full-timeExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefitsDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule8-hour shiftDay shiftOvertimeWeekends as neededExperienceInventory control: 1 year (Required)Ability To CommuteSalt Lake City, Ut 84115 (Required)
