We specialize in HVAC service, maintenance, installations, and indoor air quality control. We have seen rapid growth and are currently hiring an experienced Sr. Commercial HVAC Technician to service the Houston area with a minimum of 5 years commercial experience. We are looking for technicians who can assist/handle service and repair of light commercial equipment up to 25-tons. Ideal Candidate Requirements:Minimum 5-Years Commercial ExperiencePreferred experience diagnosing and servicing split systems and package unitsPreferred experience in refrigeration, electric motors, heating units, hermetic compressors, light commercial furnaces, boilers, burners intake and exhaust fans, economizers, humidifiers, low-temperature application, and controls knowledge. Preferred experience troubleshooting controls and building automation. Working knowledge of electric controls, VVT, DDC, and programmable thermostat controls of HVAC equipment.
