Working with operational leaders, mission partners, and interagency stakeholders, this role supports the planning, assessment, and execution of mission assurance initiatives that strengthen operational resilience and readiness across the enterprise.What You Will Do Lead execution of all Performance Work Statement requirements, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables across all task areas. Validate deliverables for accuracy, timeliness, and professional quality in accordance with Service Delivery Summary standards. Manage staffing, workload allocation, and Mission Essential Services compliance across the contractor team. Oversee planning, resourcing, and coordination of short notice operational changes, exercises, and surge requirements. Serve as the primary interface between the contractor team and mission partners including the Mission Assurance Office of Primary Responsibility, TCJ3-4, the Global Operations Center, Transportation Component Commands, DHS, DTRA, Joint Staff, and other partner agencies. Coordinate participation in meetings, working groups, battle rhythm events, and planning sessions and ensure meeting summaries are delivered within required timelines. Support mission decomposition activities, Defense Critical Infrastructure identification, and criticality assessments, including entry of baseline information into Mission Assurance repositories. Provide oversight of Mission Assurance risk assessments, including Risk to Mission and Risk to Force analysis and Common Operating Picture data integration. Oversee planning, execution, and reporting for Tier 1 exercises such as TURBO CHALLENGE and other federal or agency led exercises. Coordinate Continuity of Operations activities including Alternate Operating Facility visits, Emergency Readiness Group participation, and reconstitution planning support. Ensure Emergency Management program actions, inspections, training activities, and Standard Operating Procedure updates are executed to required standards. Oversee knowledge management recommendations, content management activities, ETMS2 actions, and updates to SOPs and administrative battle plans. Ensure compliance with operational security, controlled unclassified information safeguarding, and cyber incident reporting requirements.What We Are Looking ForRequired: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, strategy, or a related field. Ten years of experience supporting Mission Assurance planning and operations. Experience supporting Combatant Command or Military Service Headquarters operations. Experience supporting senior level briefings, high tempo operational environments, and interagency coordination. Understanding of transportation operations, joint planning processes, and cross sector dependencies. Active DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.Desired: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience synchronizing complex operational programs across multiple stakeholders. Strong communication and briefing skills supporting senior leadership. Analytical experience supporting mission risk assessments and operational analysis. Ability to build strong relationships across DoD, interagency, and commercial partners.Clearance and Eligibility Active DoD Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
