Job Title: Warehouse Worker - Batch Operator Job Location: Media, PA Job Category: Manufacturing Plant Worker Employment Type: Full Time JOB DESCRIPTION Acrymax Technologies manufactures high-performance waterborne coatings. We are looking for a dependable and reliable person to work as warehouse worker and batch operator. Hard work in a fast-paced environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Employee is responsible to work in a safe manner and wear proper safety equipment as required. Follow all standard operating procedures. Warehouse Duties Unload delivery trucks. Receive and inspect incoming materials. Store raw materials on racks, shelves and/or in bins according to organizational standards Palletize Acrymax coatings as required. Prepare orders for shipment or pick-up by pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in shipping area. Load shipments on pick-up vehicles. Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop. Batch Operator Duties Manufacture a variety of products through staging, mixing, blending tasks. Package product in appropriate container and label properly. Follow batch process work orders Housekeeping and cleaning of work area and equipment. REQUIREMENTS Work while using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment Lifting required up to 65 lbs and the ability to move 55-gallon drums. Strong attention to detail. Solid math skills. Adaptable, willing and interested to learn new things. Team player. Willing to work hard and do what it takes to get the job done right. Must be certified or able to be trained and certified for forklift operation. Current Drivers License. Must be able to write, read, and speak English. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or GED required. Must be literate. Basic math skills required. Work experience in a manufacturing setting desirable, but not required.
