Empath Home Health provides skilled nursing and therapy services to help patients recover and maintain independence at home, along with personal care support that assists with daily needs as part of a seamless continuum of care. Locations: Home health visits in Collier county (Naples, Marco Island, Immokalee, Ave Maria, and surrounding areas).Schedule: PRN Weekend role. Must be available to work every Saturday and/or every Sunday.
