Apply via Dice today!Job Title: Technical Support Delivery ManagerLocation: St. Paul, MN | hybrid + 20% travelDuration: 12 month contract to hirePay: Best Market RateWhat you ll do:Support the IT service delivery team to ensure effective and efficient delivery of IT services, meeting defined SLAs and KPIsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning IT services accordinglyImplement and improve service delivery processes, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency enhancementCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve escalated issues and ensure timely resolution of service disruptionsConduct regular service reviews with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for service improvementEnsure compliance with ITIL framework standards and best practices in service managementPrepare and present regular reports and performance metrics to senior management, highlighting service delivery achievements and areas for improvementWhat you ll bring to the role:Bachelor s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)Proven experience in IT service delivery management or a similar role within the IT industryExceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward common goalsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levelsAnalytical mindset with the ability to analyze service delivery metrics and drive continuous improvement initiativesExperience in managing vendor relationships and contracts related to IT servicesStrong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges in service deliveryAn "all hands on deck" mentality and ready to help the growing IT team as needed
