Associate Director, Learning Innovation-Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Learning Innovation-remote to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $152,600 – $283,400 annuallyResponsibilities Integrate AI and adaptive technologies into learning content development Collaborate with teams to create engaging and innovative learning experiences from complex data Develop standardized design templates and modular learning frameworks for consistency Use learning data and metrics to inform ongoing design improvements Ensure content accuracy and compliance through reviews with SMEs and stakeholders Promote new content delivery methods utilizing AI technologies Design adaptive microlearning journeys for just-in-time performance supportQualifications Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred in Education or Learning-related field 5+ years experience in instructional design or life sciences learning; at least 3 years managing digital or AI-based projects Deep knowledge of AI learning design tools (e.g., generative AI, adaptive learning systems, xAPI) Analytical skills to interpret learner data for design improvements Experience in design thinking and operational efficiencies in learningBenefits Comprehensive medical and financial benefits including 401(k) eligibility Paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave Potential sign-on bonuses and other discretionary awardsOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
