IT Support/Desktop Technician

Equity Staffing is seeking an End User Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for computer systems, hardware, software, and AV equipment. Responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end users both remotely and onsite, and ensuring timely resolution of IT service requests while delivering exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, operating systems, and peripheral devicesImage, configure, install, repair, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and related equipmentRespond to and resolve ServiceNow tickets within established service levelsSupport users in person and remotely with technical issues and system accessPerform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on computer systems and devicesAssist with software installations and licensing complianceSet up workstations for new hires and support office/department equipment movesMaintain inventory of devices and accurately track equipment assignmentsProvide Tier-1 AV support including conference room setup and presentation troubleshootingDocument issue resolutions and update knowledge base articles for recurring issuesCollaborate with IT Service Owners and support teams to resolve escalated issuesParticipate in Problem Management and Change Management processesFollow up with users to provide updates and ensure issue resolution satisfactionQualifications:High School Diploma or GED requiredKnowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting methodologiesStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentHighly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyEquity Staffing Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers all qualified applicants in accordance with applicable employment laws.
