Math Instructors (Part time)

MMT Prep has openings for Math Tutors, teaching standardized Test Prep & K12 Mathematics. We offer a Part time, a potential to Full time after the probational periods. Teachers will also have an opportunity to tutor SAT, ACT, PSAT, or general Math classes for K-12 students. The successful candidate must/should: Have at least a four year degree (a proof of degree and an official or an unofficial transcript needed) Have background check done OR willing to do so before starting the job Have skills to help student not just reach their academic goals but also motivate and inspire them to do the best Is responsible and able to make a commitment for a minimum of one year Work in a timely manner No teacher certificate required We offer relatively flexible schedule depends on students' needs Our SAT/ACT and K-12 English & Math classes take place anywhere between 3 pm and 10 pm, Monday through Friday and between 12 am and 6 pm on Saturday. Our summer classes take place anywhere between 10 am and 6 pm or between 12 pm and 8pm, Monday through Friday, Saturday if necessary. Qualified applicants should be available during those hours. Our English and Math classes consist of 1x1 tutoring as well as group classes, depending on students' needs. Familiarity with the SAT and high scores are must for all SAT/ACT Tutors.
