This paid internship blends event execution, community engagement, and field-based marketing support to help grow ALLO's brand presence and customer base.Interns will work closely with ALLO's Field Marketing, Sales, and Marketing teams to help plan and execute events, support local marketing campaigns, and interact directly with community members. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, talking with people, staying organized behind the scenes, and learning how marketing efforts directly support sales and community growth.This position requires travel to support events and marketing efforts in ALLO communities.Colorado Residents: Typical pay is $15.50-$17 per hour depending on experience.What You'll Do:Assist with event planning, coordination, and on-site executionRepresenting ALLO at events by engaging with attendees and sharing information about ALLO services and community involvement.Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas to increase event engagement, sales, and customer interactionSupport local field marketing initiatives that build brand awareness and community engagement.Help generate leads and support sales efforts at events and in the field.
