Process Engineer
Overview
As a Process Engineer, you design and optimize manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies, using data to drive improvements. You will characterize hardware, troubleshoot issues, and measure film properties while producing technical documentation. You’ll engage with customers and collaborate with vendors, teams, and R&D to advance state-of-the-art manufacturing. This role offers hands-on problem solving within a renowned global company.

ResponsibilitiesDesign, collect data, analyze, and report on complex process engineering experimentsPerform hardware characterization on diverse systemsTroubleshoot problems, conduct Root Cause Analysis, and resolve process issuesMeasure film properties and interpret resultsGenerate internal documentation for products and reportsEngage with customers to resolve complex engineering concerns under limited supervisionIdentify, select, and partner with vendors and suppliersImplement new technology, products, and analytical instrumentationServe as a resource for junior colleagues and lead project teams as needed
