Automotive Import Service Manager

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead the service department at our Import dealership. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving efficiency and profitability, ensuring high repair quality, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong Import dealership experience and a results-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities:Lead, train, and manage a team of technicians and service advisorsOversee daily service department workflow to ensure efficient operations and timely repair completionDeliver exceptional customer service and professionally resolve escalated customer concernsConduct quality control inspections to ensure all repairs meet dealership standardsImplement and enforce service department policies, procedures, and safety guidelinesMonitor parts inventory and coordinate ordering to maintain proper stock levelsCollaborate with sales, parts, and management teams to maximize overall dealership performanceEnsure compliance with dealer programs, warranty requirements, and manufacturer guidelinesMaintain accurate service records, repair orders, and customer documentationDrive service department performance, CSI, and profitability goals Qualifications & ExperienceImport dealership experience strongly preferredStrong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance proceduresProven leadership and service department management experienceExcellent communication and customer service skillsProficiency in service writing and repair order documentationAbility to recommend and upsell maintenance and repair services based on customer needsFamiliarity with warranty administration and processes (preferred)Cash handling and payment processing experienceHighly organized, motivated, and performance-driven Schedule:Monday through FridayWeekends as needed Benefits401(k)401(k) matchingHealth, dental, vision, and life insurancePaid time offEmployee discountsRetirement planRelocation RequirementMust be willing to relocate to Denver, CO prior to start date Apply to this posting to find out more about the opportunity and to be considered for an immediate interview.
