The Human Resources Specialist will oversee day-to-day HR functions, including implementing HR policies and handling personnel management responsibilities. Additional tasks include supporting staffing processes, maintaining compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.QualificationsProficiency in Human Resources (HR) and a strong understanding of HR management conceptsExperience with implementing and overseeing HR policies and ensuring complianceKnowledge of Employee Benefits, including benefit administration and employee assistance programsSkills in Personnel Management, including staffing, training, and employee relationsStrong Microsoft Office/Enterprise skills is a plus.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentialityBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredCertification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
