Ensure security and integrity of testing materials and data in accordance with state and federal requirements. Serve as the 504 Coordinator for the assigned campus.Qualifications:Education/Certification:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or universitySpecial Knowledge/Skills:Knowledge of the state testing program and accountability systemKnowledge of Section 504Ability to use student test data systemsAbility to perform statistical analysisAbility to use personal computer and software programs to collect, report, andpresent data and test-related informationAbility to develop and deliver training to adult learnersExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience:3 years teaching experienceMajor Responsibilities and Duties:TestingImplement procedures for ensuring security and confidentiality of state-mandated testing programs and other assessments. Direct and oversee test implementation and monitor testing activities to ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines met.Provide timely support for testing administrators.Consult with staff to provide appropriate testing accommodation for Limited English Proficient (LEP) students and students receiving special services.Identify, investigate, and address testing irregularities. Report discrepancies and disciplinary actions taken against students as required.Analysis and CollaborationDevelop and distribute statistical studies, analysis, and evaluation reports as required.Work with instructional teams to analyze test data and develop student achievement goals and objectives.Consult with district staff to develop, administer, and interpret assessment guidelines and procedures.Schedule 504 meetings with relevant personnel; communicate dates/times of meetings to all stakeholders; explain expectations of 504 meetings.Ensure 504 meetings are consistent with district 504 procedures.Recordkeeping, Reporting, and InventoryMaintain and ensure integrity of testing data.
