Job DescriptionAHS Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Outpatient Dialysis for a travel nursing job in West Burlington, Iowa.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: DialysisDiscipline: RNStart Date: 04/06/2026Duration: 13 weeks36 hours per weekShift: 12 hours, daysEmployment Type: Travel"Clinic is 6 days a week - some OT is available.TTS are 10-12 hour days and MWF are 14-16 hour days.Must be comfortable working as the Charge RNMachines: B-BraunWest Burlington – 6 Days a week -12 StationsHere is the with the RN in the facilities are expected to do:1. Patient assessments pre and post treatment every treatment2. Assist with MD rounding3. Initial Assessment for new admissions4. Ensure initial admission paperwork and consent for dialysis treatment has been signed by the patient5. Review hgb results before administering ESA6. Count Meds daily7. Administer medication daily8. Print Med labels daily at the end of the day9. Enter physician's orders as needed10. Monthly nurse's notes11. Monthly medication Reconciliation12. Care plans as needed13. Assist PCT with set up, break down, and wipe down machines when needed.14. Check Emergency Cart15. Check AED daily16. Stay until all patients leave the building17.
