Occupational Therapist Location: Bemidji, MN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,746 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/20/2026 About the Position Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Occupational Therapy Specialty: Inpatient/LTC Float Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: 1 year preferred License: MN Occupational Therapy License Certifications: BLS (AHA) Must-Have: Experience with inpatient settings Experience with skilled nursing facilities (SNF) Active BLS certification Willingness to float to all locations as needed Experience in the acute care setting preferred Description: Evaluate and treat a variety of adult patient diagnoses in the acute hospital setting. Diagnoses include general deconditioning, total joint replacement, postoperative orthopedic cases, some neuro diagnoses, and general medical-surgical cases. Provide coverage support for SNF facilities, delivering skilled therapy services to facility residents. Utilize electronic medical records for documentation. Responsible for providing care across both inpatient and LTC support needs. Average patient caseload typically ranges from 30-40 patients. Training includes computer-based orientation and one-on-one training for documentation systems. Clinicians must badge in and out of the facility. Uniform includes polos in designated colors or business casual attire. Must acknowledge if the clinician has previously worked in this health system. Charting system utilized is EPIC. Flexibility is important as clinicians may occasionally be the sole therapist at LTC locations, with phone support available at all times.
