We are providing them with Proprietary Software Solutions, Paid Search, Agency of Record and Content Marketing. We are looking for someone special that can join us and think differently to close deals. It's your responsibility to put these products in front of as many people working at car dealerships as you can.Essential Responsibilities:Execute an individual marketing and outreach plan focused on driving new business opportunities.Proactively identify, research, and pursue new prospects through outbound outreach, networking, and industry engagement.Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, leveraging CRM tools and market insights to track progress.Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with company objectives and client needs.Participate in the development of the company's strategic marketing and sales initiatives, providing input based on field insights and client feedback.Consistently meet or exceed individual performance goals related to prospecting, engagement, and revenue generation.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a business-related fieldMinimum of 5 years' experience in a full-cycle sales capacity, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing new business.Retail auto experience or dealership vendor/supplier experienceWillingness to travel on requestSkills & Experience:Strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skillsProven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approachGood with using social media as a way of putting our message in front of decision makersComfortable making calls to get potential businesses interested in what we have to offerProficient with Microsoft Suite
