Senior Business Intelligence Developer

Title: Senior Business Intelligence DeveloperLocation: Troy, MI (Hybrid – 1 Day Onsite, 4 Days Remote)Job Type: 13-Week Contract (Potential Temp-to-Hire)Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMPay Range: $45 – $50/hrWork Authorization: U.S. Citizens OnlyResponsibilities:• Develop reports, dashboards, and data solutions to support healthcare and business operations• Build and maintain SQL queries, datasets, and automated reporting tools• Gather business requirements and translate them into BI solutions• Analyze healthcare, financial, and operational data to provide actionable insights• Collaborate with stakeholders and present findings to leadershipRequired Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field• 4–5 years of Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Healthcare Analytics experience• Strong SQL skills with experience building datasets and reports• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, Cognos, or similar• Experience working with healthcare data• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications:• Experience with Epic reporting, Clarity, Caboodle, Cogito, or Epic data structures
