The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end M&A process, from deal strategy and sourcing to integration and value creation. This pivotal role demands a leader with a proven track record in high-velocity M&A environments, particularly within the services, industrials, or similar fragmented sectors. The Head of M&A will be tasked with owning and refining the company's M&A strategy, identifying and engaging with founder-owned acquisition targets, and leading a team to manage a high volume of deals. Experience in roll-up strategies, founder-led acquisitions, or PE-backed consolidation platforms is essential, as is a strong background in strategic sourcing, valuation, financial modeling, diligence, and integration planning.The ideal candidate for the Head of M&A position at the company will have a history of completing 40-50+ transactions and will be adept at implementing scalable systems and processes to support the M&A function. Leadership and team development skills are also key, as the role involves mentoring and growing an M&A team and partnering with the senior leadership to ensure that each acquisition aligns with the company's strategic objectives. The role is highly impactful and operator-focused, within a founder-led, entrepreneurial organization where M&A is the primary engine of growth.
