Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Event/Travel Coordinator role located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Event/Travel Coordinator will oversee all aspects of travel and event planning, including arranging travel itineraries, scheduling, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and team members. This role involves managing accommodations, vendor coordination, logistics, and providing excellent customer service. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position. Qualifications Proven expertise in Travel Coordination, Travel Management, and Travel ArrangementsExceptional Customer Service and Communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesProficiency in using travel booking tools or software is a plusAdaptability and problem-solving skills in dynamic environmentsBachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience is preferredKnowledge of the Dallas-Fort Worth area and local event planning vendors is advantageous
