Our organization is driven by a passion for technical excellence, innovation, and a commitment to making a lasting difference.What Makes This Role DifferentNot a processing role - You'll analyze, interpret, and make decisions on complex claimsHigh complexity exposure - Claims may involve multiple coverages, competing policy language, and multimillion-dollar exposureVariety and challenge - From data breaches to system damage to social engineering, you'll never see the same claim twiceTrue critical thinking - Fact patterns can lead to different outcomes depending on policy interpretationWhat You'll DoAnalyze complex cyber claims involving multiple coverage triggers (e.g., system damage, data compromise, cyber extortion)Interpret and apply policy language and contract language to determine accurate coverage decisionsInvestigate claims, assess facts, and evaluate causation and loss scenariosDraft detailed, well-supported coverage letters explaining decisions clearly and professionallyCommunicate with insureds and stakeholders in difficult, high-stakes situations with empathy and clarityManage a portfolio of claims while balancing quality, accuracy, and timelinessDeliver a consistent, professional customer experience while upholding claims standardsQualifications:A High School diploma is required.
