Our Guest Service Experts take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure that guests enjoy their meals. Whether setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting, and serving guests, or cleaning work areas and supplies, the Guest Service Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Greet customers and answer any questions they have about the menuProvide excellent customer service and an enjoyable dining experience for our guestPaying attention to any special requests or dietary restrictionsExplain daily specials and take food and drink ordersPut orders in and deliver food and drinks to customersProcess checks and paymentsHelp clean the table for the next customerOwn and immediately resolve any guest complaints or problems with a positive attitudeCollaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staffPreparing restaurant tables with special attentionServers will complete open and closing side work.Other duties and responsibilities include seating, taking reservations, making drinks and being a team player.Requirements:An outgoing personality with interest in guest hospitality.Knowledgeable of menu to include alcoholic beverages that are available.Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with guests at all levels.Food service experience preferred but not required
