Donor Data Consolidation Specialist (Remote)

Overview Our flagship service is providing meals to children in poverty while they are at school. Meals include everything from porridge for breakfast to hot lunch. Additionally, we offer individual child sponsorships, high school scholarships, educational enrichment, emergency assistance, and social work services to our families. Mission trips to Kenya several times a year allow us to reinforce relationships and allow teams to enhance our work real-time, in-country. Dorcas Destiny International is seeking one or more detail-oriented volunteers to help us organize and unify our donor records into a single, clean master system . Currently, our donor information exists across multiple platforms (spreadsheets, donation tools, events, etc.). We need support consolidating this into one accurate, easy-to-manage master database to improve communication, stewardship, and long-term donor relationships. This is a high-impact, behind-the-scenes role that directly strengthens our ability to serve over 700+ children in Kenya. What You'll Do Audit existing donor data across multiple sources (Google Sheets, Excel files, donation platforms, etc.) Merge and clean data into one master spreadsheet or database Remove duplicates and standardize formatting (names, emails, phone numbers, giving history) Identify missing or inconsistent data Create a simple, scalable structure for ongoing donor tracking (Optional, depending on skill level) Recommend or help implement a CRM system Skills We're Looking For Strong attention to detail (this is critical) Experience with Google Sheets / Excel (required) Data cleanup, deduplication, and organization Comfortable working with large datasets Bonus (not required) CRM tools (Givebutter, Constant Contact, etc.) Nonprofit or fundraising experience Time Commitment Flexible, project-based Estimated 10–25 hours total (can be split among multiple volunteers) Location Remote (U.S.-based Preferred, But Not Required) Impact Your work will directly help us communicate better with donors Increase recurring giving Improve transparency and reporting Expand support for vulnerable children and families in Kenya To Apply A brief description of your experience with spreadsheets or data organization Any relevant tools you've used Your availability over the next 3-6 weeks J-18808-Ljbffr
