APi Group is seeking a Learning Technology Support & Content Specialist to support the daily operations of our learning management system (LMS) while contributing to the development and maintenance of digital learning content. This early-career role combines learner support, LMS administration, and instructional design support to help deliver effective learning programs across the organization.In this role, you will serve as a first point of contact for LMS-related inquiries, support learner access and system functionality, and help maintain accurate learning data. You will also assist with building and updating online courses, coordinating course testing and launches, and maintaining learning resources. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone interested in learning technology, digital learning development, and learning operations within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.What You Will Do Learning Technology & LMS SupportProvide Level 1 support for the learning management system (LMS), serving as the first point of contact for user inquiries, issue resolution, and ticket escalationManage learner access, profile updates, and transfers within the LMS, including troubleshooting enrollment, completion, and reporting issuesMonitor and resolve course completion, status, and data discrepancies to maintain accurate learning recordsSupport data integrity and access across learning systems and connected data sourcesParticipate in learner and stakeholder support sessions, including office hours and scheduled help forumsAssist in building and maintaining learning paths, vendor-created courses, curricula, and non-certification learning programs within the LMSIdentify opportunities to improve LMS processes, workflows, and the overall learner experience, and recommend enhancementsSupport online learning team operations through tracking, reporting, documentation, and administrative coordinationContent Development & Instructional Design SupportAssist with course development and instructional design activities under the direction of senior team membersBuild and update digital learning content using approved authoring tools and LMS functionalityCoordinate and document testing and quality assurance activities for new and updated coursesSupport translation and localization workflows for learning content, including intake, tracking, and internal review coordinationDevelop and update learner-facing resources such as help guides, job aids, and short instructional videosMaintain organized file structures, documentation, and storage practices for learning content and source materialsEdit multimedia content and refresh legacy learning assets to ensure consistency with branding and organizational standardsBasic Qualifications 1+ years of experience in LMS administration, learning operations, instructional design support, or a related roleExperience working with learning management systems or similar learning technology platformsFamiliarity with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or Storyline 360Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and TeamsPreferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Learning Technologies, or a related fieldExperience building or updating digital learning contentFamiliarity with multimedia editing tools used in online learning developmentExperience supporting translation or localization workflows for learning contentStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearlyStrong collaboration and teamwork skills when working with subject matter experts and learning professionalsAnalytical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAttention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in learning materials and system dataStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAdaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies and processesBenefits and CompensationThis role is based in our New Brighton, MN office. The salary range for this position is $56,500–$84,800, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
