Restaurant Manager

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000/annuallyJob Summary:Under the direction of the General Manager, the Restaurant Manager is responsible for attaining the sale and profit targets established for Buona Restaurant and Buona Catering retail.Responsibilities:• Achieve sales targets• Recognize all revenue areas & development strategies to impact sales• Enforce and execute advertising and marketing plans, and HR and training materials• Manage and control direct expenses• Direct labor, food cost variances, repairs and maintenance, discounts, and other direct expenses• Selection, retention, supervision, and training of all employees• Adhere to established training programs• Provide guidance to our talented & motivated team and lead them toward success• Embrace our balanced corporate structure and strong, family-culture• Enforce policies, procedures, and controlsQualifications and Skills:• Minimum of 3 years in restaurant management role• Must be at least 21 years of age• Drive thru and Catering experience preferred• Ability to lead 10+ team members per shiftFinancial acumen, particularly with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecastingQSR Trend AwarenessStrong knowledge of commonly used restaurant practices, concepts, and proceduresStrong administrative, multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritizing skillsStrong leadership and communication skills• Ability to work with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecastingBenefits:• Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance• Flexible Spending Account• 401(k) with 4% Employer Match• Quarterly and periodic bonuses• Work/Life Balance + PTO• Training & Development Programs
