Pay Rate: $25-30/hr on w2Client Migration Specialist (Banking Domain) | Dallas Area (Plano and Fort Worth)We are looking for a client-facing Migration Specialist to support Banking Payments Migration and Transformation initiatives. This role requires strong communication capabilities, coordination across cross-functional teams, tracking project deliverables/timelines, and supporting migration activities with internal and external stakeholders.Key Requirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory)Prior Banking process experience is a must to haveExperience in Migration/Transformation projectsStrong client-facing (MS Teams/ Zoom) and stakeholder management skillsAbility to explain technical/process concepts in simple business languageStrong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skillsFast learner with adaptability to dynamic project environmentsWillingness to work from client office all 5 daysFlexible to work between 7 AM – 7 PM shifts based on project needs
