Job Title: Senior .NET DeveloperLocation: Charlotte, NCWe are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, Microservices, and Cloud Technologies to join our Banking & Payments technology team. In this role, you will contribute to strategic modernization initiatives, building scalable and high-performance solutions that support Payments, Treasury, Commercial Banking, and Digital Banking platforms.This is an excellent opportunity to work on cloud-native architectures, API-driven platforms, and enterprise-scale financial systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and Microservices Architecture.Build secure, scalable, and high-performing RESTful APIs and backend services.Develop event-driven and distributed systems leveraging Kafka, IBM MQ, or other messaging technologies.Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver business-critical solutions.Participate in application modernization initiatives, transforming legacy systems into cloud-native platforms.Integrate applications with core banking systems supporting Payments, Treasury, Customer Onboarding, and Commercial Banking functions.Contribute to CI/CD implementation, automated deployments, and production support activities.Follow software engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, performance optimization, and security standards.Required Qualifications8+ years of experience in software development and enterprise application delivery.Strong hands-on experience with:C#.NET Core / ASP.NET CoreMicroservices ArchitectureRESTful APIsSQL ServerEntity FrameworkGitPreferred SkillsExperience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar tools.Knowledge of messaging and event-streaming platforms such as Kafka, IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.Experience working within Banking, Payments, Treasury, Financial Services, or FinTech environments is highly preferred.
