Front Counter - Greet guests, use the POS to receive orders and deliver meals from the Front Counter Drive-Thru - Greets guests, use the POS to receive orders and deliver meals in the Drive-Thru Expediting - Assemble meals checking product quality and consistency and ensuring order accuracy Dining Area - Provides guests with a positive in-store experience Back of HouseUtilizing the Core 4 - Maintain eye contact, share a smile, speak enthusiastically, and always say "My pleasure!"
