Senior Account Manager 1

The Senior Account Manager will plan, conduct, and manage accountability for assigned sales and account management activities to grow client business in alignment with annual client business plans and sales goals.What You'll DoDevelop and maintain assigned client, customer, and partner relationshipsMaintain a strong understanding of client business strategy, growth goals, performance, and prioritiesEducate assigned clients, customers, and partners on DLT core value servicesConduct basic research to identify opportunitiesFind and contact potential sales prospectsDevelop, manage, and report teams' monthly sales activity documentation - Sales Plays, etc.Conduct general lead generation and sales activitiesMake calls to potential customers to discuss assigned client productContribute to proposal responses in conjunction with other DLT functional teamsLeverage DLT's OCTO team of market executives and technologists to support assigned client growth objectivesLead sales and marketing activities to promote client productsProvide operational guidance and support to junior staffProvide on-the-job coaching and training for sales associates, lead development representatives, account managersManage, document, and forecast a pipeline of opportunities to drive retention and growth of business with DLTTrack all opportunities to support attainment of sales goalsConduct client and customer success activities to retain and build businessInvestigate and resolve client and customer issues as they ariseDocument quotes and other sales activities accurately in company CRMManage agreements and credit terms as neededInform and execute Business Planning Objectives - Internal Team and Client/Partner Joint Business PlansOther job related duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForEducation: College Degree or equivalent work or military experienceExperience(s): 3-5 years of sales experience, 3-5 years of general business experience, 3-5 years of customer service experience and/or team leadership experience; 2-4 years of previous job experience with public sector procurement process; Demonstrated ability to achieve sales activity and financial metricsKnowledge, Skills, Abilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, MS office skills: Comfortable with intermediate functions of Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelKey SkillsAt TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
