This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in executive-level search and wants to help shape the foundation of a rapidly evolving organization. You will lead efforts to identify and hire Controllers and accounting leaders who will drive success across our partner businesses.Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior accounting and finance roles, including Controllers and leadership positions Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-performing accounting talent Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies Develop and execute sourcing strategies for executive-level candidates Provide market insights and talent data to stakeholders Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process, from intake to offer negotiation Deliver a professional and transparent candidate experience throughout the hiring process Continuously improve recruiting processes and strategies RequirementsMust Have: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience Minimum 2+ years of experience in executive or specialized recruiting (accounting, finance, or leadership roles) Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes Ability to influence and partner with senior-level stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of recruiting pipelines Nice To Have Experience recruiting for private equity-backed companies or high-growth organizations Exposure to trades, industrial services, or field operations industriesBenefitsCompetitive base salary ($110K–$120K) Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) Remote work flexibility Opportunity to work closely with executive leadership High-impact role in a rapidly growing organization Career growth within a scaling platform
